Our story began in Karachi in February 1996 with the opening of Cafe Aylanto. Praised for its sophisticated ambiance and Mediterranean delicacies.

In May 2003, seven years after our first restaurant, Cafe Aylanto expanded its horizons with a new branch in the heart of Gulberg, Lahore. It rapidly became a favorite among food enthusiasts, maintaining the same charm and culinary excellence as our original establishment.

In 2007, Fuchsia made its debut in Karachi’s culinary scene by featuring Asian Fusion flavors. As time passed, it transformed into a hub of authentic Thai cuisine. Today, Fuchsia stands as Karachi's favorite Thai hotspot, celebrated for its commitment to delivering authentic Thai flavors and creating memorable dining experiences.

Aylanto Bistro briefly opened its doors in Karachi at Port Grande. It offered casual/high-street dining experience.

June 2017 saw the introduction of Fuchsia Kitchen in Lahore, specializing in Pan Asian cuisine. The restaurant continues to be a go-to destination for those seeking a diverse and flavorful dining experience.

We proudly extended Café Aylanto by opening up its first Franchise in DHA, Lahore, successfully establishing a new avenue for OB Hospitality Group.

In 2019, we introduced Basanti – a Pakistani cuisine offering a menu inspired by the comforting flavors of local cuisine. Providing nostalgic and authentic dining experience.

During the challenging years of the COVID-19 pandemic, when daily life was filled with uncertainties and difficulties, we introduced Hen House as a cloud kitchen concept. Hen House was more than just a response to the pandemic; it was our way of bringing joy and comfort to our community during those trying times. Specializing in crispy chicken meals, Hen House provided a safe and convenient way for people to enjoy high-quality meals without leaving their homes.

The end of 2022 saw the opening of our second franchise in Raya, Lahore. This new branch continued the tradition of excellence and culinary delight that Aylanto is known for.

In 2023, we proudly introduced Fine Foods Co., a gourmet outlet nestled conveniently next to Cafe Aylanto, Gulberg. This culinary gem offers a delectable array of artisanal bread, pasta, baked goods, and more.

Launched in July 2023, The Mad Italian swiftly became Lahore's go-to spot for wood-fired pizzas. situated on Hali Road, Gulberg, it has earned a loyal following in less than a year, offering authentic Neapolitan pizzas and other Italian favorites such as pasta and panuozzo.
